If I don’t deliver results within a certain amount of days depending how many lesson you sign up for. I’ll give your money back, when we talk and you pick how many days you want training, I’ll tell you how many days I’ll need for results, that you will feel and notices.
Types of training: boot-camp, interval training, cardio kick boxing and circuit training (this is what my workout’s methods consist of)
length of session: Depends on your fitness level, could be any where between 30 minutes or more. Unlike other places, the time limit- for your session relays on your fitness level and time availability. The prices does not change.
