Abdominal workout cycle

A great Ab cycle, could be *hanging leg raise hold as long as you can right when you feel like your legs are going to drop go right into a *knee to chest while your still hanging, do that for at least 45 seconds or as long as you can. After that hop down get into a *reverse crunches and do that 45 seconds or as long as you can. Next *bicycles do that for at least 45 seconds or as long as you can. Last finish with *mountain climbers do that for at least 45 seconds or as long as you can. Try to do all these under 6 minute….. So do the math divide it up and a equal amount of time to end up being around 5 to 6 minutes, always try to beat your reps within the time you come up with……. For example if you are doing mountain climbers for a minute and the first time you could only do 20 of them on each leg in the minute, try to beat 20 next time you do this cycle..
